User access can be limited by time and date or the lock can be programmed to automatically unlock and re-lock at predetermined times. The two coin-cell batteries in the lock provide an amazing 100,000 operations before they need replacement. Access is granted with the use of a pebble shaped transponder, or a finger-print biometric transponder.
